Program: Western Union Financial Services, Inc. and Speedpay, Inc. (“We” or “Us”) offers our customers mobile bill alerts over SMS. By providing your mobile number, you authorize Us to send you automated text messages, such as bill alerts, payment errors, and payment confirmation notifications. You will be able to pay your bill by replying to the Bill Alerts. Consent not required for purchase and may be revoked at any time. You may need to respond to a text message in order to complete enrollment. There may be a fee for each transaction processed via text message, in addition to any charges from your mobile phone provider for text messaging. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of this program at any time. For help, text "HELP" to 72001. To cancel SMS bill alerts, text "STOP" to 72001 at any time. Message frequency depends on account settings.
Questions: You can contact us at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org, by calling 866-316-3360, or from your mobile phone, sending a text message with the word "HELP" to the following number: 72001. We will answer any questions you have about the program.
To Stop The Program: To stop SMS bill alerts to your phone, you can opt out of the program via SMS. Just send a text that says "STOP" to the following number: 72001. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. And after that, you will not receive any future messages unless you sign up again for the service.
If you change carriers or cancel your phone number with your carrier, the alerts will no longer be sent unless you sign up again for the service.
By entering a mobile phone number you certify that you: A) are the account holder, or B) have account holder’s permission to do so. By participating in the Bill Alert program, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented here.
